Okay, now I have settrade. Now what?

Im sure this app works very nicely, but I dont know HOW it works. Theres a list of providers that I cant reach. I figure I have to pick one of those shown (in Thailand?), but no info as to how. If this was a review in one of the Mac-oriented zines, I would write that the documentation stinks. What documentation? Ive been trading on the Internet for years and would like to have what this app offers. How?
